A one word solution to all the problems the world is facing today is compassion.

If we are to have real peace in the world, we must begin with the children.

The Children’s International Peace Project is dedicated to peace and well-being for all humanity and nature. This peace and environmental education initiative integrates the healing arts (including multi-cultural wellness practices) and expressive arts (story-telling, drawing, painting, photography, movement, music and multi-media presentations). Reaching out through schools, orphanages, neighborhoods, hospitals, environmental groups, rescue centres and refugee camps, it provides opportunities for healing stress/trauma, building resilience, capacity, and confidence, while inspiring a sense of hope, joy, and participation in contributing to a better world and the realization of our oneness.
The Children’s International Peace Project raises awareness and assists in providing food security and education for orphans and vulnerable children. It encourages and facilitates local sustainability and stewardship initiatives such as organic Peace Gardens (nutritional/medicinal), water harvesting/storage, beekeeping, health and hygiene, recycling, tree planting and biodiversity conservation.
The photographs below celebrate the Gifts of the Spirit that Africa and Central America have been so generously sharing with us for a long time. All proceeds from the sale of these photographs go towards the Children’s International Peace Project.
